This is both intentional and unintentional. The goal is to encourage credit unions, as Edward A. Filene once urged to constantly replace “the best there is, with something better still.”

I don’t pretend to have all, or any, of the answers. Instead, my aim is to encourage open discussion about how we can seek and enjoy the progress Filene envisioned. So comment. Argue. Praise. Challenge. Respond on your blog. Let’s improve the system one conversation at a time.
